Terms of use
- Wick is an educational tool. It uses AI to give an opinion on chart screenshots. It is not financial advice, and every trade you place is your own decision.
- AI answers can be wrong. Always check levels on your own chart.
- You must be 18 or older. One subscription is for one person on one device at a time. Don't share or resell access.
- Daily limits depend on your plan. Accounts that abuse Wick can be suspended.
- Wick isn't responsible for trading losses. Its liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months, except where the law doesn't allow that.
- Spanish law applies, and you keep your consumer rights where you live.
Subscriptions and refunds
- Wick is €9,99 a month and Wick Pro €19,99 a month. Plans renew monthly until you cancel.
- Cancel or switch plans anytime under Manage plan in the app. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- 14-day full refund: within 14 days of your first purchase, click Refund in the app to get all your money back. Once per person.
Risk
Trading futures is risky and you can lose more than you deposit. Past results don't guarantee future results. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
Privacy
- Wick keeps your email, your plan and your daily usage, to run your account.
- Screenshots and chat messages are sent to the AI to answer you and aren't stored by Wick.
- Wick uses Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments) and Resend (login emails). Wick never sees your card details.
- No ads, no tracking, and your data is never sold.
- You can ask to see or delete your data by emailing wicktrading.support@gmail.com, or complain to the AEPD.
